You can make your car engine capable
of using "flex fuel" (can use E85 Ethanol or regular gasoline) by having
your car repair facility install a flex fuel conversion kit on your
engine.
More and more stations will be
starting to carry Ethanol, especially if you demand it. Don't be
dependent on foreign oil, fill up with ethanol.
